According to a report, police have failed to arrest the criminals despite repeated instructions from the different courts and allegedly a section of police personnel was facilitating them to avoid arrest.
As many as 134 warrants were issued against the criminals of three police stations. Meanwhile, 76 of them had been arrested in the past two weeks.
