SBI invites agencies to undertake its publicity in the North-East

State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for the empanelment of advertising agencies for undertaking the bank’s publicity and promotions in the North Eastern states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura.
To be eligible for the empanelment, agencies need to have sufficient exposure to activities such as outdoor publicity, indoor publicity, event management, designing and printing of flex banners, producing audio visuals, printing of brochures, leaflets, and posters or journals, among others.
Further, agencies need to have a good track record and experience of advertisements in print media or electronic media, making of glow signs or signboards. Those who have executed composite contracts would also be considered for empanelment.
In addition, the agencies should have their own full-fledged registered offices with sufficient workforce, plant and machinery, equipment, etc., to ensure timely completion of the work undertaken. The relevant details will have to be submitted along with the application.
Interested agencies will be required to furnish details of previous work done, along with the value of work during the last three years. They will also have to submit their annual turnover details of the last three years along with the application.
The applications need to be submitted before July 2, 2010.The bank will advise the shortlisted applicants separately for further selection and tendering process in due course of time. The bank shall reserve all rights to accept or reject any or all applications.
