Rangiya (Assam): Army personnel halted the North East Express at gunpoint and went on rampage after an officer’s suitcase was found missing from the Delhi-bound train at Rangiya. Colonel A K Singh’s suitcase reportedly contained important official documents. The train resumed its journey after a delay of more than an hour.
