Women have launched an agitation against the killing of two persons by 20 Assam Rifles personnel in Chandel district on Monday. They alleged that the victims, Laishram Keshorjit, 40, and Seram Priyokumar, 41, Imphal-based grocers, had gone to the international market at Namphalong, across the international gate at Moreh, to buy items. They were carrying a lot of cash.
